We could feel the history of the house as soon as we entered the farm gate. Communication was outstanding and we had everything we needed for a very relaxing break away. "We were looking to escape the city and this little cottage was perfect! Great hosts, long walks around the property, collecting eggs on the way back for breakfast... what more could you ask for! Nothing fancy, just right to wind down and relax in the countryside."

"Historic hotel with 5 fireplaces, superb food, timber bar and just generally a nice family feel, Electric blankets are very warm, sheets crisp and towels very white. Simple breakfast included with nice balconies and north side garden. Went for a short 5 min walk and saw ten kangaroos, Took a great photo of the hotel from the front.but no way to share here. Hope the front balcony damagefrom the wayward car is fixed soon. Finally, we stayed at Royal Capertee on our way to visit the oil shale works and we’re not disappointed with the 2 hour tour."
