"My husband and I stayed with our large dog for a short get away in Dorset. We had a fantastic stay and will absolutely be back. The bed was large and comfortable, kitchen stocked with everything we would need and the living room was very cosy. The hot tub was an added bonus after a long day out walking! "

"Purcombe Farmhouse is a gem. It provides comfortable and very well equipped accommodation, suitable for all ages - our family group were aged 66 down to 1yr and we all had a wonderful week there. Lovely gardens to explore and the hot tub was a definite plus later at night! This property is so peaceful and with stunning views, yet only a 10 minute drive from Bridport"

"We had a lovely few days stay. Everything you need is in the kitchen, even as far as washing powder. The cottage is old so the stairs creak a bit but thats only to be expected. Beds comfortable as well as the sofas. It is a dog friendly cottage even supplying the dog bowls. The only thing we found is you have to drive to the beach to walk the dog as we didnt feel comfortable walking along the lanes."

"Good venue, clean and tidy. Plenty of parking, space for all the family and lovely garden area. Aga great for keeping the house warm and cooking. Only issue - no shaving point in ensuite or bathroom."

The property and house were spacious and comfortable, with more than enough supplies to set a table and serve sixteen family members multiple meals with ease. "Perfect for our visit. In the area for a wedding and it really filled the bill for my wife, myself, our son and daughter and our young granddaughter. Co-op store across the street. Coffee and bakery 50 feet away. Pub with meal service 500 feet up the lane. Comfortable, large, well equipped, and charming. Will stay again at the next opportunity. Great communication with the owner and easy access to the property. "

"We normally stay in the middle of nowhere, so this was a change for us to be in a town setting. Sherborne is a really lovely and vibrant town, with interesting buildings. The cottage was very cosy and clean, very comfy beds,it had everything we needed, we could hear the Abbey bells which was lovely, it's just round the corner."

"Perfect venue for a cosy week catching up with friends, we had been looking for somewhere large enough for all 10 of us to get together, play board games and have a film night! This was perfect! The dining table accomodated us all, as did the sofa! We also did all our own cooking and found the kitchen to be well equiped, (far more so than some professional kitchens weve used!) Will definitely be keeping this saved for future catch ups!!"

"We arranged a few nights to spend some time away with our 2 sons and their girlfriends. We had the small cottage and they shared the larger one. It was ideal, we could spend time together but not on top of each other. The cottages were very well equipped, especially as we took turns cooking for each other.
