"No one checks you in - self serve coming to the property and finding you key and room. Good communication from the hotel on codes to enter and instructions. Rooms on the 8th floor and sketchy elevator. We chose the stairs and it is not for the weak. Lovely stay overall"

"Was checked in by a lovely lady who made us aware of our VIP status and amenities with it. The hotel was kind enough to hold our luggage when we checked out so we could explore before heading to the train station. They were also kind enough to ask about arranging a taxi for pick up to take us to the train station. "

"The location is about 25 min away from city center by tram or bus, but its worth it for a clean, quiet, and spacious hotel. The tram rides were a short, easy walk (8 min.) to/from the station. The staff were all very nice and helpful whenever we had questions. The property was new and well maintained. "We stayed in the room named Torre di Pisa and it has the most amazing view of the tower. It is literally 25 steps away. I would say this view ranks up there as one of the best in the world. Incredible! "

It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient. Our trip to Tuscany included stays in four separate locations and Villa Buonamici was by far our favorite. Do yourself a favor and stay at this Villa, you won’t be disappointed."
