"Not what we were expecting at all! The room was nice enough but it is situated on the second floor of a building with not much nearby. Fine for a stopover. Also, there was no breakfast as had been advertised, which was a shame."

"It is great foe the price! Do not believe google when it says it does not exist. It exist but Google or Apple Maps does not get you there. The hotel is on the top of a restaurant of the same name and if you google the restaurant name it will take you there. We just stay one night but it was clean and comfortable. Nice staff when we checked in. "

"I rented a 4 room apt at this location and was completely satisfied. Very clean except the shower had some mold.Kitchen had dishes and utensles for 4 people,including a cheese grater and corkscrew. I had a king size bed and also a foldout sofa in the dining/living room. very quiet street in the center of town. "I arrived at about 3 pm. The hotel was with closed and locked gates. I was sure that it was closed as I didn’t see anyone inside. About 45 minutes later the reception person arrived from home. Apparently, his shift starts at 4 pm. I asked to be upgraded from a very old building to a new one. I had to pay extra for the upgrade. I got a room in the new building which was great. "The decor was plush a little old world that just added to the ambience of the stay. The staff very helpful and the restaurant serves excellent food. Easy walk from train station. Also a good gym I recommend a stay in Parma and if you do visit this hotel is a must"
