"★★★★★ We had an amazing stay at Hilton Tokyo Bay for a week as a family of four visiting from the U.S. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and had a great bay view with every amenity we needed. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety—both American and Japanese options—and having two restaurant choices included was a huge plus. The Lawson in the lobby was super convenient for snacks and essentials, and the free shuttle made getting around easy. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and spoke great English. Highly recommend—would definitely stay here again! "

"Arrived 15 minutes before check-in, wouldn’t let us check in until 1500. Multiple families with small children in the lobby waiting until 3pm sharp. Got to the room, thick layer of dust covering everything including window sills, pillows, fixtures, carpet. Convenience store in the lobby has bento/onigiri but the quality is low. Breakfast was subpar despite costing 2900 yen. The one coffee machine in the restaurant was broken. Went to check out, front desk told me good to go, get an email later saying I charged a breakfast to the room and started questioning where I was and requesting that I send the money via bank transfer. I tell them just charge my card it’s fine. Nope. Cannot. Super unprofessional, subpar experience in a hotel with zero amenities. There are plenty of hotels in the area, avoid this one. "

"This hotel was amazing. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and you could choose form 4 different places inside. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. It was very kids friendly. We will definitely return."

"A good place for those who wants to go Disneyland or Disneysea. They provide shuttle bus. And it is link to the Shin-Urayasu train station. Very convenient. Shopping centres are just at the train station. "

"This is not a 5-star hotel by any means. Breakfast menu is subpar, rooms are dated, and bathroom clearly worn down. The best feature of the hotel is proximity to Disney bayside station. Grand Nikko close by is a better option."
