"I like that the residence had a kitchen so it offers some flexibility. However on the second day the air conditioner broke and the staff was hesitant to listen to me and my husband concern. My husband had to be firm to get it fixed two days later. The customer service definitely needs improvement..... and the attendants needs to understand that without guestS they wouldn’t have a job, this also goes for the owner too....staff and management seem very entitled and proud. "I had a terrible experience in the apartment , the management were not professional, the staff did not knock before they entered my room. On the wabsite was free wifi and free breakfeast , the wifi didnt workand breakfest was serve for one person while the booking is for two adult, the manager never answered the phone called her several times, I moved 4 times from one to the other, Air conditional was not working ,the room was unbearably hot which inevitably cause an invasion of mosquitos...

"This place is totally horrible. Manager was very nice but the fan made alot of squirky noise. There was barely ever electricity at this location and the generator was on from 12a.m to 3 a.m. A.c blow weak. Staff has attitude. Gate man was drunk on the job and was acting recklessly almost hit me with a shovel. I dont recommed this location at all. I didn't feel safe."
