"I booked a Classic room and was presented with a dark, dirty room with tattered pillowcases, tired bedding, a distinctly broken bedside telephone, a lighting fixture hanging by its electrical cord above the bed, and a generally depressing ambiance. "Overall, a great place to stay in Lagos if you're on a budget. It is a nice, small hotel located off a quiet street on Victoria Island - this is important as several of the hotels in the area either have night clubs on their premises or nearby which makes a good night sleep fairly impossible. "Overall our stay was great! There were some communication issues the day we went to check-in and we waited for two hours due to the host needing to be there to get us in because of the high security. While it was frustingn to wait, I did appreciate such great security. Once we were in the space, everything was great! It's really an excellent property.
