"This is a new hotel, only three years old as of 2025. As expected, the interior is clean and the decor is excellent. The staff are friendly. However, I feel there's a slight lack of proactiveness and approachability from the staff; it would be great if they took a more friendly and initiative-taking approach towards guests. The public bath was clean and enjoyable. My only regret was that only skin lotion was provided. It would be nice to have body lotion available as well. The outdoor and indoor pools are fantastic, but there are many sharp corners, and the steps inside the outdoor pool are not easily visible, raising concerns about potential injuries. This aspect needs improvement. The hotel breakfast was excellent, but I wish there was a wider variety of options. Especially considering this is a tropical region, the limited selection of fruits was quite disappointing."

"Great location right on the beach. Multiple dining options with either breakfast buffet or lunch buffet included. choice of dinner buffets available. Transportation to/from Naha airport available via Airport Limousine Bus or local bus (extra cost) - make sure to co-ordinate flights with bus schedules. Property is showing it's age a little but overall excellent value although a lot of recreational amenities are extra. "

"Amazing breakfast. Japanese with some other stuff - something for everyone. But so clean and healthy. Great spa, open late. Great location, great service, all staff happy and kind. Room ok, not great. But spend time outside! Oh, go see the Magic Show in the same building - amazing! "
