Cote des basque main surf beach is across the road and down the promenade, 5 minutes in the opposite direction you are in the town centre with supermarket, bakery, market, restaurants and shops. "Pleasant and clean stay but very basic - definitely not a 4 star- booked a studio and had bunk beds unless I wanted to make up the sofa bed Also expected to take rubbish to front of property upon check out and strip and bag bed sheets and towel's upon checkout 3 star at best "

"We stayed 6 nights with a family of 4 and found it was a very enjoyable residence due it’s relatively small scale, comfortable apartments with complete furnishings, super welcoming staff and a well-sized swimming pool. It is walkable to the center of town and beach in about 25 min. We loved it and would go back."

"The property profile was misleading. There was no bedroom only a hallway with bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. The sofa was dirty and had stains on it. The unit had an extreme odor. The cancellation policy was lousy. The check-in was only available at certain times. "

"It's basic - you get what you pay for - but adequate. Situated a little bit out of things but a 10 minute walk to the small beach and two restaurants. A number 39 bus nearby to get into town, but not on a Sunday. 45 minute walk to town. Helpful staff but reception only open part time. For value for money we can recommend. "

"The service was poor. I stayed a week and the room was never cleaned! Even though I asked several times. The bathroom was broken and didn’t flush for two days and they didn’t fix it. After several times/two days of me asking them to change me to a different room they did. "

"Good basic Appart’hotel. Rooms were spacious enough and the outdoor pool was nice for a dip. The indoor pool with sauna etc definitely gave the standard of the hotel a boost. Nice 1 mile walk along the coastline into the city centre, or the bus stop is close to the hotel. Areas for improvement/watch-outs….. our room was not cleaned once in 4 days.
