Although our stay began with some minor drawbacks, the staff, particularly the general manager demonstrated exceptional dedication and promptly addressed all our concerns. We were delighted to find that the hotel now offers proper oat milk coffee, thanks to their responsiveness. Throughout our stay, the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making us feel truly cared for. A highlight for our family was the star gazing event at night, which my daughter thoroughly enjoyed. It's the small things that make a big difference! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable. "Had an issue with a shelf falling when we hung somethings on the hanging rod, and air conditioning didnt work. Went to front desk and explained and they investigated and moved us to the next room. Which was good and we had breakfast and dinner included in our stay. Quite lovely."

"The luxury suite was great and spacious, the bar man Fortis was the best staff ever and made us feel welcome. We were only disappointed when the lady at reception made us wait whilst she ate for 20 mins when we needed our keycard to get back in our room. That wasn't good. However Fortis the bar man kept us happy with great conversation and apologies whilst we waited."
