Péssima experiência. Erro do Hotel.com
"Infelizmente esse hotel não estava funcionando e aqui no aplicativo não foi informado. Inclusive paguei com antecedência. O dono só me hospedou pq não havia outro na cidade e eu iria dormir na rua pois já era tarde. Não tive o que comer nem toalhas e lençóis limpos. Mas vi que foi um erro do aplicativo ..."

"The apartment was in worse condition than the photos, mine had filler patches in the walls. It was also a lot smaller than it appeared in the listing. They say it isn’t a hotel but there was nowhere to throw out rubbish and they didn’t even provide any sponge or dustpan and brush to clean the apartment, ..."
