There were quite a lot of bugs in the house, I'd say that was the one complaint/negative from our group, but overall we really enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay again for future races or group trips!"

"My family and I had a wonderful time at the Lily Bay Lodge. Just what we needed to kick off the cozy season. Mitch went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Everything we needed to enjoy the weekend was provided. Even when we left a cable at home, for one of our devices, Mitch was more than willing to run out and grab it for us. Great hosts and a great place to unwind. We hope to be back again soon. Thanks again Mitch! "

"The property was as described, and the amenities were more than one could ever ask for. It is an excellent location for families and couples alike. The property offered a cozy atmosphere and ample room. The views of the lake were relaxing and calming, evoking the tranquility we were looking for. We sought the proximity to Lambeau Field, county and state parks, and Door County, which was just a couple of hours away. Wood Ducks Window was perfect for our needs! Communication with the owner...

"Such a great place! Everything was there we needed and great care had been taken to make the place beautiful and inviting. Would stay again for sure!! "

"We stayed in late Oct 2024. Cabin is older, but very clean. Was a bit chilly in the main room in the evenings (temps in low to mid 40’s); the heaters seemed to have some trouble keeping up. There is a wood burning fireplace in the main room which would have helped, I’m sure, but we were just there in the evenings and didn’t go to the trouble to build a fire. There is an electric fireplace in the bedroom, so it stayed adequately warm at night. The views were beautiful of the sunrises on Lake...

"Location to get around Door County is great. We hiked at several of the main parks around Door County, two of them walking distance from this cabin - Whitefish Dunes State Park and Cave Point Park (which was our favorite). Beautiful sunrises. Great beach - feels like you are at the ocean. The place itself is small and rustic. It’s definitely showing its age, but it had all the amenities you needed (and a lot of great memories for the family). Hiost was great too. We enjoyed our weekend...

"The cottage is in a rural setting but close to many attractions. Enjoy long walks with a canopy of trees and wildlife. Beautiful sunsets available with water views. A lighthouse is just across the road. Sturgeon Bay has many unique shops and restaurants to enjoy. Day trips to Door County are doable."

"It was so relaxing and cozy. Getting up in the morning and enjoying our coffee and breakfast on the wonderful porch and then heading to the shore to catch the views of the lake. We headed to many of the Door county sites during the day and again enjoyed the quiet back at the cabin. Even had a chance to extend and extra much needed vacation. "
