Enter into the cozy living room on the first level. Featuring a smart TV, sound system and pull out sofa, this room can double as a third bedroom or entertainment center. Up the stairs, enjoy the high ceilings and large windows looking out onto gorgeous mountain views. We have two bedrooms that each have their own full bathrooms and large closets on the second level of the house. You can cook (or just warm up) a nice meal in our fully stocked kitchen. No need to bring your own pots and pans! We also have a variety of options for your morning coffee, including a French press and Keurig. Our personal favorite parts of staying here is the large deck and indoor wood burning fireplace. This home is outfitted with all the Family-Friendly amenities you'll need.

Our guests can enjoy non motorized watercraft, Paddle Boarding, Canoeing and Fishing in our community's two private Lakes. Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) regularly stocks fish in high-alpine lakes to provide angling opportunities. We provide all Saint Mary's POA licenses and gear! Lake Quivira is catch and release, Lake Silver allows 2 fish per license per day.

Need more room? This home is a duplex! There's a 1 bed 1 bath "apartment" on the first level which has it's own private entrance.
