"Great value for an older hotel that could use a facelift. Front desk help was awesome. Rooms smell a bit musty. Super convenient for the airport and free shuttle and early breakfast key for early flights. "

"Everyone was nice at the checkin. Went to coffee shop in morning and the young man had attitude and acted like he didn’t want to be there. Not sure why a nice hotel would want someone with no personality waiting on customers. Perhaps a behind the scenes job would be better for him"

"Our stay was great except we received a room with an adjoining door, and our neighbors were very loud until early morning, and the sound really travelled through that door. "

"The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Location is good in Ann Arbor. Near Briarwood mall and other shops and restaurants. Our room is very nice with the kitchen and even a big chair."
