However, the fireplace didn’t work which was disappointing. We were told they were out of propane but didn’t get filled. The jacuzzi jets didn’t work either. "My wife and I needed a couple of days way. This place was great! It was so quiet and peaceful. Check in was easy and everything was as described. At night there was no real ambient light. You can sit in the hot tub and star gaze. It was exactly as described in the listing. I look forward to coming back this summer and bringing my adult children"

"We were in town for a boxing tournament in Searcy. It's easy to get stressed out during these events worrying about weights/opponents/cardio/etc. However the sun room on the back of the house was calming and inviting overlooking the river. We even caught a few rainbow trout off the dock! It was a great, well stocked house only 2 minutes from available fuel, diners, and a dollar general!"
