San Marcos Frontline

Fantastic apartment on first line of San Marcos, a small and picturesque coastal area of Icod de los Vinos. Completely renovated, it’s ideal for families whith a maximum occupancy of four people. The building is in a dead end street and has two entrances. One of the back, where there is plenty of parking, a small park and another access directly to the beach promenade, where there are several bars and restaurants. The beach is in front of the building and across the street. The apartment is decorated in a modern style and has a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a small bedroom with a double bed and a TV and a bathroom with a shower. It is a perfect holiday home to spend a quiet holiday away from the large tourist centers. Bars, restaurants and a supermarket are nearby. The center of the famous village of Icod de los Vinos with the Millenary Drago, numerous museums, restaurants and shops is just 2 km away. Nature and hiking enthusiasts will find a variety of trails and in no case you should miss a trip to the longest volcanic cave in Europe, Cueva del Viento, which is only 3 km from the apartment.

It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.

Quand commenceront les travaux (canalisations, sanitaires ?)
Appartement dans un état de propreté à peine acceptable. En outre, une odeur d'égout stagne dans la salle de bains et envahit toute la maison. Heureusement, il ne faisait pas froid, nous nous sommes réfugiés sur le balcon (vue très belle, plage adorable). Un gros cafard sorti de dessous le lavabo a eu l'air aussi surpris que nous de rencontrer quelqu'un. Le chauffe-eau de la cuisine fuyait, le lavabo de la salle de bain à fait de même assez rapidement. Bref, il est urgent de s'occuper de cet appartement en voie de devenir carrément insalubre. Dommage, le coin est vraiment sympathique.
