"The property itself is very nice but make sure you go into the right parking garage. This building has 3 and one of them has no way of getting you out of you go in! We were stuck in there for 2 hrs with no way of getting out because this parking garage only has access via phone and not a passcode. We ended up having to pull a lever on the garage to get us out. This particular entrance wasn't one that the property manager told us to go into but she herself didn't know how to get us out of there....

"The apartment was very well equipped for a family stay with a dishwasher, washer, drying rack, and kitchen with a full size fridge. We were able to cook our own breakfast and enjoy our stay in comfort. The check in and out instructions were clear and to the point. Everything was clean and comfortable. "I suspect this is a totally refurbished Communist-era hotel but it has been refurbished magnificently. It is just over the river from the Central Park and just below the wooded Belvedere, creating a quiet, almost non-urban setting. It is an easy 10 minute walk to all the sights in Cluj and there is a bus stop with a goodconnection to the train station just beside the main entrance. Breakfast was sumptuous and generous too."
