"Very close to the train station. Clean towels and trash pick up daily, place items to be replaced outside of the door by 10:00 am. Room cleaned thoroughly about once a week - do not have access to the room during this time. Safe, quiet, clean neighborhood. Complimentary, very delicious Japanese breakfast. Washers and dryers available - best to do laundry in the morning. Knowing a few words of Japanese or having someone translate is helpful. Very comfortable room - small, like a cruise ship...

"We were a family with young children and stayed for 4 nights. The hotel itself is great - the size and amenities available (they have a whole range of baby items and other handy items that you can request for FOC) is unbeatable in Japan. However, the location of the property itself is in a seedy area, amidst rows of very colorful nightclubs. On the first night, we were awoken at 2am by a fight but otherwise we got back by 8.30pm every night and never felt unsafe."
