He explained how to use everything in the house and even talked to the private chef we booked for a house dinner one night, which was really helpful. He was also very responsive when we had questions during the stay. The villa was the perfect place to celebrate our marriage and house our family for a few days. "This house in very confusing layout and the electronics for lights, curtains, gates, etc are confusing and difficult to use. The yard is not maintained. Great view of the ocean. This is in a suburban/rural area with no stores or shops near. Only 1/2 of the home was rented to us. b"
