"There was a party downstairs where people were screaming like crazy until quite late… after that finished and we thought we could finally sleep, there was a group of teenagers who went into the swimming pool at midnight, who were also super loud. I couldn’t sleep until around 1am. If I had known there were no rules about noise, I would have stayed elsewhere. Breakfast was ok, location is really comfortable. "

"We spent 2 nights there (January 1st and 2nd 2020) No hot water. No water at all in the evening and early in the morning. In the morning, the restaurant was filled with dirty dishes from the night before. The place had a strong fish odor. "

"We enjoyed our stay at The Pallar. A continental breakfast was included. They overcharged us for extra coffee but problem was resolved when we questioned the staff about it. We went to Huacachina around noon and they were willing to store our luggage for us until we could come back to retrieve it. Beds are hard but hotel is fairly quiet. Plenty of hot water. Overall, a good experience."
