"Stayed here for 2 nights. Easy to locate as it is just out of the train station in the left. Left luggage services was self-serviced with staff on standby to help. Great location if you’re intending to use Kagoshima as a base for day trips. There’s a discount ticket for parking too. Rooms are clean, and the staff speaks decent English language. Threre’s complimentary bath salts for use with the attached bathtub in the room. I did not try the restaurants in the hotel and thus am unable to provide comments."

"Stayed for one night in the city. Hotel staff was friendly, room was clean, and hotel breakfast was worth the price. "

"What I liked about the hotel was that it had its own sand covering experience because Kagoshima is known for this experience but usually at another location. The thing that I didn’t like was the fact that the bathtub water faucet was leaking water and making the bathtub dirty. Also if you are not use to sleeping on tatami style bedding it’s going to be hard to get a good sleep. "

"The hotel is so big and has a large indoor and outdoor onsen plus sand steamed bath. It is quite entertaining. It is located right in front of the sea and the view is spectacular. It is very remote and quiet area so nice place to relax."

"着いた時からチェックアウトまで、レセプションの方々がいつも感じよく素敵なホテルでした。 更に、今回こちらの不注意で忘れ物をしてしまったのですが、夜中にも関わらず大変親身になって探してくださったり、見つかってからも素早く対応していただき、本当に感謝しています。 他の口コミにある様に確かに古いですが、清潔で手入れは行き届いている様に見えます。 部屋からの景色も良く、プールも楽しめましたし、砂風呂もとても気持ちよかったです。 おすすめします！"

"The stay was wonderful. The customer service is spectacular and a lot of people spoke english. Their hot springs are immaculate and provide you with a spa like experience. Although they don’t sand springs at the property they provide shuttle that take you there and back. The pillows are a bit uncomfortable and the store doesn’t really have any heatable food. We had to walk to the nearest convenience store which was about a 10 minute walk."
