"Alberto and his brother did everything they could to give us an enjoyable stay BUT the villa is right beside the main road which runs all along the island and into Ibiza town. It’s sadly too noisy to open the front or bedroom windows and you can hear the traffic very clearly from the pool. There’s also a lot of rubbish bins and bottle banks right in front of the house so be prepared for being woken up early in the morning when the lorry comes to empty them and having to negotiate loads of broken...

"The house is large, clean and well equipped in a quiet neighbourhood, with an outdoor cooking area and brilliant pool/garden. Parking is secure with electric gates. Vicente was very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. "

The pool is shared (which I hadn’t realised) and although not far didn’t have many sun beds so didn’t use it. Perfect place to stay with friends"

"Marta was very easy to communicate with and there were no problems arranging our stay. Martas’s father, Toni, was a delight to deal with, very obliging and courteous. The villa itself was lovely. The pool area ,in particular, is very well done and a lot of our time was spent there. Our only complaint was that the little slope down from the pool area to the house got very slippery when wet. We had a toddler who was very keen to get to the pool all the time and a little gate at the bottom of that...
