"The owner should make it clear that this property is NOT suitable for a person with mobility needs. 42 steps to the upper floor is not “a few”stairs. I did tell the owner before we went that I had a mobility scooter and used crutches to walk and could manage a few steps. Directions should be clearer. It took an hour to find the property when we arrived. I suggest ‘The white door set back between the Dry Dock Café and the animal charity shop. This would make it easier to find. It would be...

"Photos and description don't do it justice. What an absolute delight and beyond. Furnished like a show flat but it's the little detauls that really make this: the cotton buds/pads in the bathroom, cereals in the cupboard, milk and yoghurt in the fridge... But also the often overlooked items in reviews like the shower - great pressure and heat, towels were big, fluffy and robust, more than enough hangers in the wardrobe.... "Thank you for a perfect stay - the apartment was beautiful; from the beautiful interior of the cosy cushions and throws to the plants hanging at the window. Everything had been thought of in the kitchen and bathroom and having lots of hanging space in the hallway was a huge bonus. The location is ideal - a few minutes walk from the station in one hour direction and the beach in the other. My son and I had a lovely stay - thank you! beach"

"What a stay, absolutely fabulous! Apartment spotless and everything you need for a home from home stay in a peaceful and central location. One very happy doggy as a short stroll to the beautiful sandbanks beach and ferry to shell beach etc. also lovely restaurants nearby! "Lovely flat equipped with all you need in a very nice location. Parking space is small so if you've got a larger vehicle it will be tight. Not a big issue though as there's plenty of on road parking available a short walk up the road. Recommended"

"Once again we had a perfect holiday at Beachwalk. The property is ideal for our needs (me and my little dog), the location is perfect and Steve, the host, is brilliant. We're able to just unpack and relax... everything is just easy. The icing on the cake was the amazing weather. October can be a bit iffy but we had beautiful sunshine and spent most of the daytime on the beach. Looking foward to our next visit. Thanks Steve for taking care of everything."
