All the staff, starting from reception, concierge, room service, restaurant, lifeguards and domestics are very polite, respectful and trustworthy. The staff go far and beyond with their services. My husband was surprised on his birthday for the hotel's complimentary as requested. The food were all great. I just missed the daing and taho 😊 Kudos to all the chef!
