"Very comfortable and with very good attention from staff both at the reception as in the restaurant. Need to improve conditions for the shower for handicapped people with grippers and a stool. Had to put walker into the tight shower to avoid danger for fall"

"Everything is great except the bad smell that comes from the street behind the hotel. Smells like garbage in the early morning, so if your room has a window towards that direction I don't recommend opening the window, just keep the a/c on."

"This was one of the dirtiest and ran down hotels I've ever stayed at. There was stains on floor and the bedding had stained sheets. Mold was growing in the shower and my coworker that stayed in room next to me had flees in his room. Stay away!"

"Obeid Plaza served the purposes for our stay. Our room was clean and the air conditioner worked great. The wifi was spotty and the common areas were rather rundown. We were hoping to use the pool, only to find it was being repaired."

"O hotel funciona bem, é possível ter uma noite de sono, fácil de encontrar e a liberação via senha facilita o horário de chegada, etc. O quarto que nos hospedamos era ok, mas apesar de estar limpo, parecia que foram juntando o que tinham disponível para montar mais um quarto, parecia um quarto de república. Mas repito, estava tudo limpo e organizado. E o café da manhã deixou a desejar um pouco, apesar de algumas opções disponíveis, algumas (como o ovo, por exemplo) não estava muito...

"A primeira viagem á ibitinga e para mim foi muito boa. O hotel é um hotel duas estrela e meia, e, por mais que entremos em hoteis 5 estrelas, sempre havera alguma coisa que nao seja do nosso agrado. Agora, a hospitalidade é nota 9.... os donos sao muito gente boa, sr sebastiao e sua familia. passamos apenas uma noite e diria que para um hotel do porte e por 2 estrelas e meia ta de bom tamanho."
