"We booked trident as we had to stay in gurgaon. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and a special treat for our little one. They have 5 star standard staff indoors. Very clean with nice views. The chef made a mickey pancake just to surprise our child during breakfast. They have skilled chefs and the breakfast is awesome. The indoor staff is like the staff of Taj. They are willing to help and make your stay as comfy as could be. Staff outside at the parking is kind of judgy, unwilling to help and often mocks guests who are leaving. The other problem is connectivity. It's far from main Delhi and other commercial areas. This is a great pick for events, weddings with great views."

"I had a great time for the 8 days I stayed in October 2024. During the first day of breakfast buffet, I mentioned in the survey that I'd have liked more cooked vegetable options. After that, the kitchen staff provided me sauteed vegetables every morning. I am very thankful to all the kitchen staff including the managers. A very positive experience with the laundry, housekeeping and front desk personnel as well. I stayed for a few days in a similarly priced hotel in Aerocity. Red Fox's condition of rooms (especially the renovated ones) is much, much better (rooms and bathrooms are bigger as well at Red Fox). Hotel is right next to the dining area in Aerocity with a food court and many other restaurants. It is about a 5-minute walk to Aerocity metro station of the Airport Express Line. I travel to Delhi at least once a year and will definitely be staying again at Red Fox. "
