Built in 2019, these apartments are located in the busy and popular Hythe.
The apartments are well known for their style and design are accessed and located just off the high street.
The Penthouse at Bowen House is accessed via Hythe Street, car park access is situated off the top end of the High Street, just before the “Potting Shed “ and " Florences" bakery
There is allocated parking for Apartment 6 for one car, however, there is plenty of local parking adjacent the property which can also be used if easier.
The accommodation is accessed at ground floor level. Note, there are 5 other apartments here, all of which are occupied by our tenants. They are all lovely people!
On the day, you will be provided with a key for the front door and a lock code for the apartment itself.
There is a store at the entrance of the property where you will be given a key so you can store bikes/buggies/ golf clubs… There is also waste area for all general waste and recycling.
Accessing through the main lobby, the Penthouse has its own private lift to the top floor or alternatively there is the stairs if you’re feeling fit, 6 flights in total, a great contribution to your steps!
Accessing the apartment, you will enter the lobby area, to the right is the Main Bedroom with ensuite shower.
To the left, is the Snug (Third bedroom) which also accesses the very large terrace to the rear. The Snug is an area to chill, drink, watch TV, work or use as a space to entertain yourself whilst enjoying the outside air. The terrace has a selection of outside furniture for you to enjoy.
Further down the main lobby, is the main bathroom, with bath and shower, at the end of the corridor, is Bed 2, this is a double room with a small terrace with built in storage.
To the right, before Bed 2, is the Kitchen / Lounge / Dining area with sofas, chairs, dining table, a fantastic island with bar stools, TV and fully fitted kitchen and utility room. This room also has fully opening sliding doors to reveal a further terrace overlooking Hythe.
All bed rooms come with towels plus some complimentary treats.
All rooms have their own Echo Dot, so, if you want to chill, you can listen to a range of music from Amazon Music or just listen to the radio.
The apartment comes with under floor heating, door access system and appliances, the Snug and Lounge area come with smart TVS with access to Netflix and Prime as well as Amazon Music
The kitchen has a range of appliances and equipment, sufficient for you to make some food or have a drink, as well as coffee machines, washer/dryer, fridge freezer,. electric induction hob and warming draw.
The kitchen will have tea and coffee, sugar for you to use along with a first aid kit if needed plus some useful “cooky” bits if you feel inspired.
There are bins to recycle plastics, bottles and cards and a general waste bin
