kitchen, 2 bedrooms, loft, sauna/electric sauna, shower room/toilet, balcony and terrace, fireplace and firewood, a double bed in the downstairs bedroom, a double bed and a bed on the loft, a sofa-bed in in the loft lobby and living room.

Ukkohalla: Tourism centre located by Lake Syväjärvi, with an information centre, store, restaurant, spa, slope centre, snowmobile tracks, ski tracks, programme services, Cable Wakeboard, beach (further information at www.ukkohalla.fi). Distance to the Ukkohalla services 1.0 km. Kajaani airport 86 km, Oulu 170 km, Helsinki 650 km, bus stop Hyrynsalmi 18 km, railway station Kontiomäki 66 km.

Pets prohibited. View over the slopes.

Rented only for families and other groups who enjoy peaceful holiday. Not rented for groups consisting only of under 25 years old customers.
