"I got a free upgrade on the room. The amenity in the room was great and very modern including LG cloth styler and whirl pool. Continental breakfast served free. However there was no variety, especially no fruits. It was only 5 minutes walk to the bus stop, where you can go to many icon tourist places within 20 minutes. Overall very new and pleasant place to stay. "

The front desk staff doubled assigned another guest to the room I was already assigned to, and it caught me by surprise, but I understand mistakes can happen, and she handled it accordingly. "Service is amazing- front desk and concierge always went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay with whatever we needed. Property is in a great location for Ulsan- we were easily able to get to Ulsan Stadium for a match as well as to Ilsan Beach within 20mins. Hyundai Mall down the street with excellent shopping and a McDonalds 5min walk away make this the perfect Shilla Stay!"
