Pretty house with sea view on the Hyères

This 4-bedroom villa in Hyères is ideal for families with small kids. It can host up to 8 people. Resting 3 km from the beach, the villa offers a private swimming pool and a roofed terrace.

Hit the nearby beach to try all kinds of water sports. The islands of Port Cros and Le Levant are also close by. The nearest supermarket and restaurant are located only 5 km away.

This heated villa has a spacious garden for recreation. There is a barbecue for enjoying grilled meals. During the summer, you can relax in the air-conditioned living room. The accommodation offers access to TV, radio, and CD player. A microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and coffee equipment are available. There is a washing machine as well as a tumble dryer for laundry. A cot and a high chair are provided for free.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes, sauberes und geräumiges Haus in Hanglage mit toller Aussicht von der Südseite aus auf das Meer. Wir verbrachten dort auf der Terrasse/ Pool sehr gerne unsere Zeit. Es gibt viele Ausflugsziele auch in der näheren Umgebung.

Aankomst verliep soepel. Sleutel lag binnen klaar zoals afgesproken. Huis was redelijk schoon. Bepaalde plekkken in de keuken (boven schouder hoogte) was duidelijk al een tijd niet schoongemaakt. De omgeving is heel rustig. Mogelijkheid tot zwemen in het meer (10 minuten rijden). Omgeving is groen en er zijn verschillende meren. Voor het bezoeken van interessante stadjes ben je circa 60 minuten met de auto onderweg.
