a few minutes drive from the beaches, the city center. Small residence of 2 or 3 floors (first with elevator) quiet and a few minutes walk from the station .

* modern well-equipped kitchen open to a living room with comfortable sofa rapido (easy and quick opening) for 2 people and an armchair convertible into a comfortable bed for 1 person (choose to open the sofa or the armchair because opening the 2 can take too much square )
* 1 bedroom with bed (1.40m)

Séjour très agréable
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Hyères. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et ont pris le temps de nous donné de bons conseils d'ordre pratique et sur les activités/visites intéressantes dans le coin. L'appartement était propre, bien équipé et très fonctionnel. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la climatisation, le wifi, la terrasse et sa vue dégagée, ainsi que le parking privé. La résidence était calme et bien sécurisée. Nous reviendrons si l'occasion se présente.

Nous avons apprécié le confort et la situation au calme de cet appartement où rien ne manque pour passer un excellent séjour. Colette et Louis sont des personnes trés accueillantes, nous avons vraiment apprécié.

Appartement très bien tenu, très complet rien ne manque. Propriétaire très attentionnée. C est très agréable de rencontrer des propriétaires qui prennent soin de leur locataires. Nous y reviendrons sans aucun problème.

Appartement très fonctionnel bien situé, proche des commerces, des bus (dont la navette gratuite pour aller au centre ville) dans une petite résidence sécurisée et bien insonorisée. Des petites attentions de la part de M.et Mme Cauvas. J'ai passé un très agréable séjour à Hyères. Seul point d'attention : la propreté, pour une maniaque comme moi! mais cela ne m'empêchera pas de revenir ! Merci pour votre gentillesse et j'espère à bientôt. Véronique A.

Habitués de cette formule,nous avons particulièrement apprécié cette location: appartement quasiment neuf au 1er étage d'un résidence très calme avec parking privatif et accès sécurisé.Rien ne manque dans cet appartement entre centre ville et mer(voiture conseillée).Propriétaires à l'écoute et très sympathiques et plein de bonnes intentions avec leurs locataires. Un lugar limpio, tranquilo y acogedor. Todo lo que si necesita para tener una vacación inolvidable. Los señores Cauvas muy atentos, amables y muy simpáticos. Yo recomiendo ésa estancia.

Location très agréable et au calme . Immeuble en retrait de la rue donc aucune nuisance par les véhicules. Immeuble pas très loin de la ville, et des commerces environnants. Appartement bien équipé en appareils ménagers , vaisselle...Toutefois un petit bémol, car il manque un aspirateur. Je recommanderai cette location car nous y avons passé un très bon séjour.
