The house is a 6-minute walk from the beach and a 3-minute walk from the village center and is designed for 2 to 6 people.
On the ground floor are the large living-dining area with a comfortable sofa bed, the well-equipped, open kitchen, balcony and veranda. On the south side of the ground floor is one of the bedrooms with an original shower / toilet en suite. Upstairs is the second bedroom with shower / toilet and a large terrace.
The house is located on the northern slope of the idyllic village of Giens on the Hyères peninsula and is built in the typical style of the Côte d’Azur. It is a non-smoking house.
Living room:
The 30 sqm living room has a fully equipped kitchen with 5-burner gas stove, oven, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine. There you will find a dining table with chairs, children's chair (Tripp-Trapp), a comfortable sofa bed (160x200 bed for 2 people), games, books, petanque balls, TV, air conditioning, heating etc. From the living room you have access to the 18 square meter veranda and the 9 square meter balcony with sea view.
Bedrooms:
On the ground floor there is a bedroom (17 sqm) with a 140x190 bed for 2 people and an original, open bathroom en suite with shower / toilet. The concrete cast, knee-deep shower can e.g. B. can also be used for refreshing foot baths. You will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board, children's travel bed and plenty of storage space in the built-in closet.
Upstairs is the spacious master bedroom (32 sqm) with 140x200 bed for 2 people, shower / toilet en suite and access to the 16 sqm balcony with a fantastic view over the entire bay. Beautiful sunrises and romantic sunsets accompany you through your stay.
The house is on a slope, faces north and east and is framed by a small garden. WiFi is available throughout the house.
You can park your car free of charge in the public car park below the house (vehicles up to 1. 90 height). In the summer months, the weekly market takes place here, with fresh products and specialties from the region.
Free time activities:
The area is popular with wind and kite surfers because of the stable wind conditions, with divers because of the local fish species and the well-known shipwrecks, with ornithologists because of the wild flamingos in the salt pans, with hikers because of the romantic Sentier littoral Giens, with families because of the 6 km long sandy beach etc.
Surf and kite school 6 minutes walk, diving school 8 minutes walk; Material can be rented there (including SUPs).
30 m away are 3 petanque courts that can be used all year round. 2 sets of petanque balls are available in the house.
In the village 3 minutes away you will find a small grocery store, a bakery, café, restaurants, a tobacco shop, doctors, hairdressers etc.
In Port du Niel on the south side of the peninsula there is a market with freshly caught fish in the early morning.
From the southeast end of the Presque’ile from La Tour Fondue there is a ferry to Porquerolles, a wonderful destination. Port Cros and Ille de Levant
