"Excellent location, extremely clean, modern and well maintained hotel. The most comfortable beds and pillows ever eperienced in a hotel, together with top quality linen and duvets. Fresh and clean smelling everywhere, no lingering cigarette smells at all (unique). Speedy check in (we even were given our room 2 hours early, when we asked if we coukd leave our luggage(, such friendly ad attentive staff. The windows had sliding secondary glazing, which led to the almost silencing of central London traffic, excellent! We did not eat j. President but the food looked amazing, and the bar and restaurant area were classy. There was a free water fountain in reception. The interior of the hotel by far surpassed the exterior. We have previously stayed in higher priced hotels in this area, which have not matched up to President. We will always try to stay here in future."

"Lovely hotel, in the perfect location of Southbank. I paid for an upgrade and received a terraced view looking over the London eye. It was beautiful, especially in the evening. The hotel itself was in a perfect location, a short walk away from Big Ben, the houses of Parliament, London Eye, Thames cruises, Madame Tussauds / Sea life and lots more. It's just the perfect location. Please be aware, parking is available on-site, however, is charged at £65 so is a little pricey. However, there is a carpark a few minutes away at £20 per 24 hours - Waterloo Carpark SE1 7NQ that is a little more budget friendly. Overall, beautiful hotel. Would 100% stay again. "

"Staff were excellent and helpful. Rooms (carpeting, some paint and furniture) could use a refresh. One elevator was out of service but did not affect us as the stairs were convenient."

"Great location and price with super choices all nearby. Nice picture window in the room. Our room a bit dusty and the in-room phone covered in an age old coating of dust, not sure how that happens in a place like this. The room we stayed in was missing a fridge and the teapot had been stolen. Front desk replaced the teapot but no fridge. The staff all top notch and the morning breakfast a great choice before heading out for the day of action. Concierge desk staff a special mention of great merit, they are very good. Small gym on the 11th floor did the trick as well."
