Excellent sgay
We just got back from a lovely stay at the cottage. This property is perfect for a family of four with little kids (ours are 6 and 8). While the cottage is tiny, it’s exactly as described in the listing and the location is perfect. A short easy walk to Keyes Beach which was not crowded at all and had great swimming. A short drive to downtown Hyannis where we visited some of our favorite restaurants. The dead end street is super quiet so made for some really nice nights on the deck. The kitchen is equipped with many of the things needed to cook a family dinner so we also enjoyed some of our meals on the deck and everyone in the family took advantage of the great outdoor shower. We will definitely stay again while our kids are small enough to enjoy the coziness of the cottage!

Top Notch Property and Host.
Perfect location within walking distance to the beach, downtown Hyannis and Ferry to Nantucket. The property itself was very clean and wonderfully decorated giving you that 'Cape Cod'. The booking, check in and check out process was seamless. We travel a fair about and the entire experience was one of the best we've encountered.

Cutest little cottage
We loved our stay here. It was very clean. It was a perfect little walk to the beach and tucked away at the end of a street. Very convenient to downtown as well. The kids loved the bunkbeds! And the outdoor shower was a hit!

Great little cottage for our short trip
adorable little cottage in a quiet residential neighborhood. host was nice enough to let us check in early. very responsive on chat. even came to drop us batteries at 9pm at night when the remote died. very cute cottage. perfect for a family of 4. close to everything.

Ahhh…Cape Cod
After exploring around Cape Cod it was nice to return to a nice quiet place and unwind for the evening. My only suggestion would be to change out the “little” bunk bed room with a double bed.

Property was what we expected. I had to leave the bathroom room window open the whole time. Methane gas smell was bad. Not properly vented would be my guess. Also the bathroom fan felt like hot air coming in when fan was off. So left fan on to avoid smell and heat from attic. Maybe not insulated properly. Also lots of little ants in kitchen. We liked overall but I feel I should let u know what we experienced. So u can correct for future. Thx.

Great Beach Cottage
We stayed at this property for a weekend trip. The house was clean and well maintained. The host, Tory, was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The location was close to restaurants and walking distance to beaches.

The property is as listed and looks just like the photos. We found it cosy and comfortable. It was a pleasant place to rest after a busy day. We didn't spent much time at the property as it is centrally located we were out doing things all day.

Girls getaway
Perfect stay for a short girls weekend at the beach! Perfect walking distance to Keyes beach. The house had everything we needed for a quick girls weekend. Comfortable beds, A/C worked great, functioning kitchen. We will definitely be back!
