Gem of a house
We were a big group of 2 grandparents, 4 parents, and 6 young children - not an easy group to accomodate. We were pleasantly surprised at how well the rooms worked out, by how clean and impeccably the whole house was decorated (beach theme) and supplied. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen for our large family and found nothing lacking. The neighborhood was quite the gem too. We were right across the street from the town green and harbor and walking distance to main st. Hyannis turned out to be such a delight that we cancelled our last days plans to go to Plymouth and decided just to stay and explore more. We were not disappointed - great food and cute stores to peruse; it was the perfect end to a beach vacation.

Family get away
We had a few days and nights away with our combined family (12 in total). It was a lovely house that fit us all and was very nice! The location was perfect we walked to get dinner and Ice cream and across the street was live music! Communication was fast!

Pleasant Stay
The house has a perfect location and wonderful outdoor space. It was difficult to sleep 12 people comfortably. We stayed during a particularly hot spell. There were some window AC units and free-standing units, but some bedrooms needed to rely on fans. It was difficult to stay cool. The property manager was very responsive to other issues.

Location, Location, Location!
My family stayed at this wonderful, welcoming home for our annual family vacation! We look forward to our annual trip every year and this year was to Cape Code, Nuntucket, Boston and Salem. We absolutely loved walking to the ferry, to the Black Cat and Spankys and even walking to main street for shopping and more restaurants. I highly recommend the Ocean Rose.

So fun!
Just moved to the cape and my friends from college wanted to visit. This house was in the PERFECT location and very accommodating. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the backyard made for a fun night grilling out and making s'mores. The house was clean, and they provided plenty of supplies: dish soap, shower towels, paper towels and plenty of towels for the beach! Would definitely stay here again.

Great house in a great location
The house is wonderful. It was really clean and well stocked. You cannot beat the location. Dave and Kim were great and very responsive.
