"My wife and I were looking for a place that wasnt too far from the redwoods. This was almost a 2 hour drive but the scenery was awesome. We also checked out the local towns one day and those were great too. At the end of the night we were able to have a fire in the wood burner and get toasty warm. For what we were looking for, the place was great!"

"The backyard and beautiful scenery is absolutely wonderful. We visited in the fall and the colors were unforgettable. We loved the private river access and the house was perfect for a friends trip retreating from busy lives and escaping to the woods. Would certainly stay again! Thank you! "

"Booked this last minute as the Klamath river wasn’t fishing. Have to say it ticked all the boxes. Lots of room inside to spread out and relax. The deck in the back is large and overlooks the river. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. Plenty of room in the driveway to fit our truck and raft, could easily get two boats in there. The cabin has a 60’s/70’s feel, but is equipped with newer appliances. Plenty of dishes and cookware for your needs. There is no cell service here however their WIFI works great. I would recommend enabling WIFI calling on your phone beforehand in case you need to call your carrier. If you want that rustic feel in comfort, book this place!"

"I loved this property! I loved the,"night sounds." I loved the front large porch with tables and chairs. We spent most of our time there. The movie selection was right up my alley with old-timey movies like North to Northwest, Young Frankinstien and M for murder. We spent all day at the pool on Sunday. The host was very kind. I thought I would have to cancel my trip as we had family in NC during Helene. She was very empathetic. The neighbors were amazing. My only complaint was the pricing. I thought the cost was $130 a night, however the price was closer to $160 with all the fees. My fault that I didnt pick up on that. They were there. Then after, which I didnt understand was another separare charge of $52 which I knew nothing about, but I assumed was VRBO as a fee to book through them. Overall an amazing, relaxing, unforgettable weekend. Thank you so much to our host. emapethic"

"This is a beautiful property in a fairly remote location, perfect for those wishing to get away from it all. One point worth noting: the last part of the drive in is on a very windy and poorly maintained road, but is less troublesome if one enters that road from the direction of Willow Creek. The wifi is fairly poor, so if you like watching movies or shows in the evenings we recommend bringing DVDs/Blu-rays with you (there are also quite a few on-site). At any rate, the wifi is good enough to allow sending and receiving emails and texts. But that's a minor issue. The property is lovely and has all one needs to enjoy a week in the woods. The view of the river and surrounding mountains is beautiful and the stars at night are amazing. Would definitely recommend. "
