The villa has 386 m2 of space, built in a contemporary style, and is distanced only 20 m from the Adriatic Sea and pebble beach. The maximum capacity at its disposal is 10 people accommodated in 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with showers and a bathtub. You can also use the washing machine, dryer and iron, which are located in a separate room. Baby cot is also available on request.



On the ground floor there is a modern living room with TV and 3 sofas. From the living room, as well as from the bedrooms, you have a sea view. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a table for 10 people. If necessary, you can also use the auxiliary kitchen. Upstairs are already listed 4 bedrooms with 4 ensuite bathrooms, while the 5th bedroom is located on the ground floor.



On the large terrace you will be greeted by a luxury pool of 44 m2, with 10 sun loungers for complete relaxation and relaxation with your favourite reading. During your stay you can also use the outdoor gas grill, preparing delicious meat or fish dishes in the pleasant company of your loved ones.



The villa is fully fenced and you have 3 parking spaces inside the yard.

In case you come with family or friends as a large group there is the possibility of booking the villa Harmony 1 and Harmony 2 together in available terms.
