"Check in was from 2pm, was asked to return in 2 hours! Paid extra for breakfast as was told she wasn't making anything by including it in the price. View wasn't as described. My mattress had a large dent in. Breakfast was self service and someone had already sat at our table. No milk supplied for cereal, had to wash the used cup so I could have a drink. Nobody available to help. "

"- I wanted to contact a hotel to confirm our reservation, because online payment was not succesfull (according my bank) even Expedia thought is was already paid. - It was hard to contact them, one phone numbers on expedia pages is wrong. When I contacted them on another number, person there had no idea about my reservation. "Liked this old town property. Made you feel like you were a resident of Passau. Had two bedroom with kitchen. Master bedroom had quaint balcony. Located above a nice cafe'. They do not have a front desk so you need to check in at the cafe'. When checking out, they didn't seem to have the record that I prepaid on Orbitz, but all was worked out."

"Hotel is very nice in a beautiful location on the River Ilz. Fabulous hiking trails at the doorstep. Our room was good, with a balcony, but the view was lacking. Maybe a river view room could be requested? Breakfast featured great coffee, perfectly done boiled eggs, cheese, yogurt and fruit. The bed was comfortable and the lighting was good for reading. Loved the quirky little knick-knacks in the common areas. Enjoyed the fresh trout at the restaurant."

"Stay was perfect for the length (2 nights). Please know that the place is a pension/guess house that feels like a hotel. Meaning there is no lobby, nor a receptionist. Is a gorgeous family owned placed. The food is exquisite/delicious. The rooms are nicely done and minimalist AND VERY CLEAN. "Wir wurden bei Schlüsselübergabe über Mängel aufmerksam gemacht welche zu Beginn nicht so schlimm waren. Jedoch war die Sauberkeit unterirdisch. Vor allem in den beiden Küchen Schmutz, Verkrustungen Verklebungen, Spinnweben und schmutziges Geschirr. Da wir nur 3 Tage Urlaub hatten sind wir lieber auswärts essen gegangen anstatt dort zu Kochen ( hat uns angeekelt) An vielen Türen und Schränken waren Ketten mit Vorhängeschlösser, was nicht sehr wohnlich war. Beide TV Geräte könnte man nicht...
