"What a little treasure this cottage is! Amazing views of the mountains and lake with great water access. Pros: Scenic views, walk-in water access (great for kids/dogs), water toys (2 kayaks, 2 SUPs, 1 canoe), lovely dock to lounge on (plenty of seating with hammocks, outdoor table, polywood chairs), firepit great for s'mores, foosball table in the basement (a hit with the kids), stocked kitchen with items you need (crock pot and the basics), beautiful vaulted ceilings in living room, enjoyable...

"The property is not maintained outside. Safety concerns for sure. Huge hole leading into dock. Sock needs to be power washed due to buildup it’s very slippery. Bricks, stones, 2x4s randomly placed trip hazards everywhere. Lawned not mowed. Trash wasn’t picked up from previous renters . Inside ok for a DIY, table unstable, plywood bench, bed support broken.
