"Very slow free shuttle. 35-50 minute wait. The hotel is only 5-6 minutes from the airport. I suggest taking your own transportation. You'll be there in 5 minutes."

We asked for late checkout, due to conference calls all morning! housekeeping knocked on the door and tried to come in! Even with the do not disturb hanging on the door!!! So I had to stop my conference. Why is it so hard for staff to Communicate.
