Lots of space to park a RV (110 electric hookup and water, Sand and Water toys (over 100ft). Great home base for coming to enjoy the natural beauty of southern Utah Located within 20 minutes of Zion National Park. As well as 15 minutes from Sand Hollow state park and 30 minutes from Snow Canyon. Ask us about our SxS rentals!

Nice place to sleep and get cleaned up. A very small kitchen and not really set up for cooking. No where to sit except the bed and a couple of very small round stools, but other than that it was great.

The bed was way too hard.
It was all good except the bed is way too hard. It would be best if you put a softer matrice in the room.
