After a day of enjoying the beautiful southern Utah scenery, spend your evening on a stroll through Historic Downtown Saint George or take a short drive to savor a locally crafted meal in Springdale. At the end of the day spend some time relaxing by the pool or cozy up in front of the private fireplace. Your stay at Desert View will be one to remember!

Desert View at Coral Springs features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that can sleep up to 10 people! The master bathroom has a raised jacuzzi bathtub, as well as a walk-in shower and a lengthy double vanity that ensures you have plenty of space to get ready for the day. With a spacious walk-in closet and King size bed with a TV, the master bedroom has plenty of space for everything you need! Two smaller guest rooms off the living room share an additional large bathroom with plenty of counter space and a shower. Room 2 features a KIng bed and TV, while room 3 features a TV, Full Bed, and a Twin Bunk Bed.

My husband and i, along with our three grown children, and one grandchild, enjoyed our stay at this condo in Hurricane. Very happy with the location. We hiked every day at different national and state parks. Beautiful views and everything we needed for our stay.

We had a nice time staying here. Parking garage under the condo was big enough for our full size suv. Duel pool and hot tub (inside and outside) worked great for privacy. We had an issue with our grill on the first day of our stay and the red sands team brought a new grill over a before dinner time. Everyone was happy with our stay

Great place to stay with access to St George, Hurricane and other areas. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The area itself had bad cell coverage but once we connected to the WiFi we didn’t have any issues. Pool and amenities were great!

Great Vacation in Hurricane Utah
Coral Springs H2 was a wonderful property which had all of the amenities that we could have asked for. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location was ideal for hiking in the area especially in Zion National Park. Although there was construction going on right next to the property we were not disturbed by any construction noise or vehicles.

Perfect Condo
We loved our stay! The layout was perfect. Kids loved the queen size bunk beds. The large suite was gorgeous. The construction outside was the only negative but even that wasn't terrible at all. The pool and hot tub were also a favorite for the kids. We would definitely stay again!

This place was excellent. Great central location for multiple attractions. The place was clean, very spacious, and very quiet. Nice pool on site as well. Property Management and cleaning crew were life savers. I left behind a very important piece of jewelry and they found it immediate sent it to me the next day. Extremely thankful for their help. Highly recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay! Perfect location with beautiful views. A slight bummer of the construction work and related noise right outside but at least no work on the weekend. Little to no cell service in the unit but the WiFi worked well. The resort community area (pools, gym, etc) was very nice. The gym was well equipped with a variety of weights, machines, yoga like mats. It was so nice to have the parking spot under the building. Right amount of communication with the rental company and responsive to us as needed. We would recommend dusting above eye level and maybe a new couch. It was a quality piece but you could tell it had lots of use. We would totally stay here again!

Great spacious condo - will be better when construction next door is done.
H2 at Coral Springs is a great, spacious condo with a fantastic balcony for relaxing! Unfortunately, there was extensive construction happening right next door when we were there early November. Still a great place to stay now if you don't mind the noise during the day and only need a place to sleep. I was very disappointed Red Sands did not inform us of the construction happening right next door, but they worked with us when we wanted to check out early and find a quieter option. H2 is easy on and off the highway and more affordable than staying in Springdale.

Great Home Base
This property has basement parking which is a great convenience. It faces west so you’ll have cool mornings on the deck. Everything was well stocked, clean, and nicely appointed. Check-in was easy and they were very responsive. Overall it was a great experience. The only downside was the construction going on just across the road. But our grandson loved watching the big trucks so it worked out great.

Really nice place!
The condo was clean and comfortable! We spent the week with our family and we had a great time! They are doing construction right next door, we didn’t really hear them. We were gone all day and they weren’t using loud equipment when we were there. My only complaint is that they could use a few new pots, I used one to boil water for tea and it tasted like chemicals. Maybe add a tea kettle too! I would definitely go back!

Misleading ad
It was very nice but was NOT as pictured in the ad!! I have used VRBO many occasions over he past 30 years and never experienced such a blatant misleading ad. It was not single level at ground level as pictured. I had to navigate multiple steps carrying luggage during which I wrenched my knee which has yet to heal. Very disappointed.

Although the Red Sands staff was kind & couteous, unfortunatley they had not mentioned upon booking that there is major construction going on diretcly outside the front door. This did not allow for any restful time on the front balcony as it directly faces the construction 25' away. Nor was it mentioned that the unit faces I 15 which was noisy at times. The unit shows much wear & tear and needs updating. Unfortunate as we love Utah and the surrounding area but will need to make other housing arrangements upon our next visit.

Overall good area and views
Pros- 1. Red Sands was very responsive with any messages 2. Beds were comfortable Cons- 1. Housekeeping did NOT fully clean the condo. Master bath and shower were full of hair from the previous renters. Red Sands asked if we wanted someone to come clean, I declined as I didn't want anyone in there while our belongings were there. I ended up cleaning/disinfecting the area myself. 2. We checked in at 5pm and the dryer was still going with towels, we folded them and put away. 3. Red Sands does warn you as well as one of the reviews that there is construction going on literally right next to the building. 4. BEWARE- a $155 cleaning fee was added in with our total when booking the condo BUT as per their departure instructions… To avoid fees: • Trash: Remove all bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen trash bags. If all bags do not fit in the bins please find the nearest dumpster in the complex, otherwise this is  an excessive trash fee • BBQ: If the BBQ was used during your stay, please be sure to scrub any food off with the grill brush provided • Pool key (if applicable): Be sure that the pool fob and paddle are left where they are found Helpful but not required: • Linens/towels: Remove flat/fitted sheets and standard pillowcases, place in a pile in each room that was occupied. Place all towels that were used in a pile in the laundry room. There is no need to start a load of laundry! • Dishes: Start a load of dishes in the dishwasher, if there is time Aside from the cons, our stay was ok…the outdoor scenes and things to do were spectacular!
