Beautiful Sand Hollow home with private pool, hot tub, gazebo, BBQ, 5 bedrooms, plus kids dorm, 3 bathrooms.BOOK NOW!!

The family room has a large leather sectional hide-a-bed and lazy boys, a 70-inch flat screen SMART TV with a Blue ray player, and many games and DVD's. The kitchen has stainless appliances and granite countertops. There is a Pottery Barn Kids table and chairs for eating or coloring.

The master suite is on the main floor, and sports a massive 4 poster Tempurpedic King bed, 2 leather Lazy Boys, a 60 inch flat screen SMART TV, Blue Ray player, walk-in closet, separate jetted tub and shower, and two vanities with granite. The London room on the main floor has a queen bed and window seat and sleeps 2. The Shanghai room, also on the main floor has a queen size bed and window seat and sleeps 2 as well.

The giant kids loft sleeps 6, and has a custom made pirate bed, boat trundle bed, princess trundle bed, and a princess carriage bed. There are many pirate and princess dress-ups, and a kid kitchen to play with, and a Melissa and Doug train set as well as kids table and chairs.

Upstairs, The Paris room sleeps two, has a queen size bed, and a sitting area. It has a 55 inch flat screen tv. The Ohana Family Suite has a tropical king bed, and a set of trundle beds, a small desk plus a walk-in closet with a toddler bed..

The house has 3 full bathrooms, all with granite counter tops, and the laundry room has two washers and two dryers.

There is a gas grill and mini fridge in the backyard, and a beautiful covered private pool with a huge slide! The covered gazebo is 20x20, and there is a shaded covered patio (20x25) with plenty of seating.

This lovely vacation house is located 2 miles from Sand Hollow, which is also known as Southern Utah's 'Recreating Heaven'.

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at this house. It is a great house to stay with kids. The pool is the best part it’s big and clean. The property also had a lot of improvements since our last stay and was a lot cleaner. We will come again!

Beautiful house so comfortable to sleep and have a great time. The owner tought about every single detail to make you feel comfortable. The only thing is you have to be ready to do some reading of all the instructions and rules for the house. Once you get that out of the way you’re ready to have the best time of your life.

This house was great for our family & friends. It was clean & very well stocked, kitchen & baths both. 2 washers & dryers was a bonus.The pool is very large, was the perfect temp,with lots of outdoor shaded space & a large patio. This house easily accommodated our group. The kids really liked the pirate themed room with 4 beds so they could all stay together. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place for Families
This place was just a great house for us. We all enjoyed the pool and backyard. There were all kind of toys for the pool and the grandkids spent hours swimming. They loved the slide. The house was extremely well stocked, everything from all kinds of kitchen appliances to spices, coffee and tea. We have never been in a place where we found everything we needed. My grandkids are already asking when we can come again.

We had 11 family members for our annual golf vacation. This home was perfect. We actually had extra beds! The home is stocked with all the necessities, and then some. The pool with the slide was a real selling point, and it didn’t disappoint. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great house for kids!
Our kids (and adults) had a blast at this house! The kids bedroom was so fun for the kids. The rest of the house was great as well. The beds were comfortable and there was room for everyone to gather together in the living room. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The only issue was the cleanliness. The floors were dirty when we got there and needed to be swept, mopped, and vacuumed. Overall, it was a great house and I would book it again.

Lots of room, love the layout. Very well stocked bathrooms and kitchen. Lots of pool towels. Loved the 2 washers and dryers. Home was not as clean as it could have been. Back yard was a mess, we had to clean all the tables and cushions, the pool cover was very dirty.

Great location and room for all!
This home is great for a large group of adults and kids to experience Sandhollow reservoir State Park. The house is well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, soaps, and seating. We especially enjoyed sitting outside in the cool fall evenings. The hottub was not usable as the filters were dirty and the water had stuff floating in it. I reached out to the owner and the pool company came to address the issue but it wasn’t cleared up in time for us to use it. We were all disappointed in that as we had rented this house because we wanted the hot tub.

Love this house.
Love this house and pool. This was our second time renting this house. They have given it a face lift and it looks awesome. Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable and pool is nice with a big slide. The outdoor area could use some attention as there were a lot of cobwebs and spiders. Some of the furniture was broken. Water level was low so not sure their pool person is doing a good job. With all that said, it is a good price and a great place to stay. Made Joyce aware of concerns and she quickly responded to concerns. Would definitely recommend to others.

The pool was great. However there was a huge problem with gigantic black widows throughout the back yard. We found 14 quarter size within the first 24 hours of checking in. My son finally found some bug spray in the garage and sprayed and we still found 3 others and killed them. Remember we had 4 little kids 4 and under running all over the place. If we had ended up in the emergency room this would have been a whole other story. The cleanliness in the upstairs two bedrooms and bathroom was terrible.

Fun for kids!
We’ve stayed here twice before. The home is spacious and has a fully stocked kitchen as far as dishes and most appliances.Big fridge with icemaker. Plenty of hot water. Double washer/dryer is nice. Extra pool towels provided is a nice option. Air conditioning works great. Master bedroom is really nice. Bed is very comfortable. Other bedrooms are spacious and the trundle beds are nice for smaller children who need to sleep by mom. Hot tub was a plus when kids get chilled while swimming. Nice neighborhood. Walmart very close by for delivery or pickup. Hurricane Golf Course is very nice from what my husband reported. We enjoy staying here because the little cousins can all sleep in the great room upstairs together. Pirate ship bed, boat bed with trundle, princess bed and Cinderella Coach beds are a hit. Cable tv with Dish. Owner is very nice to work with. Overall a great place to stay.

Convenient access to Sand Hollow
Overall the house was great. It has very close access to sand Hollow state park and off roading. Anyone staying here for off roading should know that if you have more than one person trailering your RZR or Jeep, there is no street parking allowed for VRBO guests. Plenty of the neighbors are parking on the street but with a threat of a $250 fine for parking on the street, you should have a plan in place for other places to park. The host had no suggestions for additional parking areas. We had 3 people with trailers and UTV's plus 4 additional vehicles. We had a lot of fun figuring out the parking situation but did our best to follow the rules. The house itself could use a little TLC but nothing major. All of the random hand written rules and instruction signs taped to the walls throughout the house were definitely tacky The spa was dirty and slightly green, the pool was dirty and did not appear to have been cleaned on the scheduled Thursday before our check-in. The trash cans were so full when we got there that we had to keep most of the trash in the garage until the following Thursday. This house could be five stars with a little more attention to detail. All that being said, my family had a great time in Hurricane and most likely will be back.
