"Very clean new construction property in a subdivision type setting. Perfect for couple or perhaps a young family for a couple days. There is another unit connected to this one and one could hear a bit through the walls but it wasn’t too noisy. We chose it because it was only 30 minutes from Zion and was reasonably priced. It makes a good home base for those wanting to explore in the area. Could use a few more amenities like more glassware, silverware (only one butter knife), kitchen towel, trash...

"Myself, my husband and our 13 year old son absolutely loved our time at this perfect little cottage by Zion. It was fantastic for our days of exploring the park. The house features two cozy queen bedrooms with nice lines and comfortable mattresses. The kitchen was perfectly appointed and stocked with fresh eggs from the host. They have thought of everything! So fun reading about and seeing the restoration photos of this charming historic cottage. This place is a gem!!"
