Lakehouse Near Cedar Point & Rye Beach

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This lakehouse is new to Airbnb and you can be one of the firsts to experience it. This lakefront property has three bedrooms and two full baths. The dining area overlooks the water in the kitchen area. Skylights throughout the home bring in great natural light. There is also a great seating area in the front yard, and a small shared beach area just a short walk away.

Sleeping Arrangement:
Bedroom 1: One Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: One Double Bed
Bedroom 3: Two Twin Beds
All bedding and linen is provided.

There is a front porch area with a charcoal grill available. There is no seating on the backside of the house, but there is on the side of the home with firepit.

Guests have access to the entire home and will be the only ones on site. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on the upper level. One bedroom, one bathroom, and one laundry room on the lower level.

All sheets, blankets and towels are provided. Beach towels are not. Pets are not permitted.

Annual fall fishing trip
We have been here two times now for long weekends in the fall , we love the location being on the lake and very close to the marina and most restaurants and bars , very warm and cozy in a quiet neighborhood.

Enjoyed most of the stay except the insects in the bedroom. When we noticed the issue we were told they could bring a can of bug spray. I would expect them not to be in the house at all with the windows closed and the doors shut.
