The Lambs Landing:
Has a beautiful wide front porch furnished with double glider rocker, two swivel rockers and side tables, surrounded by towering maples and lush landscaping with a garden of hydrangeas and hostas, to name a few of our plantings.
Enjoy our Fire Pit Pavilion and BBQ Picnic area surrounded by our lush gardens and greenbelt areas. We offer plenty of parking with our two car garage and an additional 100 feet of concrete paved driveway. We also have another three car garage should you need "extra" on premises storage for your water toys!

The "Crow's Nest" WiFi and Gaming Loft - has a love seat, side chairs, TV credenza and ROKU Gaming TV, HDMI switching station, a Desk, an executive desk chair, three lamps, curtains, USB charging ports. Two large sky lights in a 22' vaulted ceiling.
The "Harbor Master" guestroom - has a Med/Firm Queen bed and two Twin Trundle pillow-top pop-ups to queen size. Two nightstands, three lamps, one dresser drawers. Walk in closet with shelves. Two ceiling fans with dimmer lights, Two big windows with privacy shades, and USB charging ports.
The "First Mate" guestroom - offers a Firm Queen bed. Double closets, shoe-rack, dresser, two nite-stands, two chairs, 4 lamps, One ceiling fan with dimmer lights. One large window with shade and light cancelling curtains. USB charging ports
Master bath with large walk-in shower and also a tub/shower combo, both with dual pulse shower heads. Vanity and bright vanity lighting, one night lamp. Ample cabinets. Curtains.
Downstairs -
The "Stow Away" guestroom - Med firm, 2 Twin Trundle, pops-up to queen size, a wooden vanity, a sea grass trunk, Glass Lighthouse lighting, ceiling fan with lights, wooden shutters and curtains. USB charging ports.
Family Room - a Queen Size - Memory Foam inner coil, Extra long, over-sized Leather Sofa sleeper. A Lazy boy recliner, two end tables, one coffee table, one marble topped sofa table, one side table, one goose down filled love seat. Two lamps, one ceiling fan with dimmer lights, and dimming down-lighting. A heavy wooden TV credenza and a 55 inch SMART TV. Shuttered and curtained main window and a curtained patio door to 3 Season Sunroom. USB charging ports.
We also have two more shuttered and curtained windows at the foot of our stairs to the 2nd floor.
Second Full bath with walk in shower downstairs, vanity, quartz counters, Amish cabinetry. Shutters and curtains.
A fully accessorized Kitchen with Amish cabinetry and custom tiled counters and floors, a breakfast nook with bay window overlooking our side garden, a bar height breakfast table for four and 4 chairs, a mirrored bar, Our WELCOME CREDENZA, and a mudroom with shoe storage bench and a utility room with full sized washer and dryer, and another desk with chair. USB charging ports.
The Formal dining room has a heavy wooden Farm table that seats 10, and a curtained sliding patio door to the 3 Season sunroom.
Our 3 Season Sunroom has a two seater bench, two rockers, two woven sea grass side chairs, 3 gaming tables, and a bookshelf full of games and books. USB charging ports.
We also have extra nesting side tables, as needed.
NOTABLE ACCESS description:
There are steps to enter the home from the front walkway to the front porch/landing, and from the driveway to the back porch/landing, and from the side garden to/from the Three Season Sunroom; Also there are 14 steps inside the home to access the second floors loft, hallway, the Harbor Master guest bedroom, the First Mate guestroom, as well as the Master bathroom.
A Two car garage comes with the rental of the property. Also, for additional Garage parking ask about our "Recreational" parking, by additional reserve reservation only. NO RV's are allowed. If you have an RV inquire with us as to local RV parks within our area.
Be sure to ask about our variety of "Land and Lake" packages, which includes our customized "Explorer" package, our "Infant" package, our "Sport" package and our "Pet" package options, to help reduce your cargo & better help customize your stay.
Guest access:
Guests have complete access to our home and gardens.
Please note that this is a Residential Neighborhood and follow the Premises guidelines and House rules and regulations as provided in the Lambs Landing Rental Lease Agreement.
Interaction with guests:
We want you to enjoy our place and your privacy, at your leisure, so we're available by phone/text & e-mail, during your stay.
We also have Emergency maintenance available (on an on call basis) in case of a true maintenance emergency.
Other things to note:
A "Welcome Explorer" orientation Binder awaits you at our WELCOME Credenza. Please take some time to fully review the "Welcome Explorer" Information inside. It will provide some very helpful instructions and insights into Lambs Landing specifically, and our surrounding area, in general. It will also reiterate our Premises "policies and guidelines."
IMPORTANT NOTE: We also require our guests to review and sign our
Lambs Landing Rental Rules / Lease Agreement and to date it and send it back to us by 72 hours "prior" to scheduled Check-In date.
