"The property was perfect for our trip. It had all the essentials for an 11 day stay. Upon arrival, after the once in a lifetime January snowstorm, the condo was very clean and welcoming. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, overlooking the Gulf and walking on the beach. It was beautiful. Communication with the owner was excellent. "Destin has beautiful beaches for daily walks, awesome golfing near by and very good seafood. Watch dolphin from the balcony on two occasions. Silver shells offers it all. We will make this an annual getaway."

We prepaid as directed in order to have the parking and pool codes since we knew we might be running late and the office closed at 4 on Sunday. "This condo was perfect for our little group. The beach access was visible from our balcony, and we never had to go more than fifteen minutes away for anything we needed whether it was groceries, entertainment, or dinner. Fudpuckers and Pompano Joes were both close and excellent places to eat. The condo itself had everything we needed, and smelled clean and fresh when we walked in. Overall, we had a blast and would definitely recommend this condo. "

"Overall everything was good. Clean and close to everything. Beautiful white sand beaches and good stores, restaurants, and boardwalk. Yes a bit dated and needs some upgrades, but everything is clean and nice. King bed very comfortable. Great for several night stay! "

"We had a mom/daughter trip. My 11 and 8 year old loved it! The condo was perfect and had a fantadtic view. Pelican beach resort had a calm safe feel and the beach is fabulous. Communication with the host was great. We have only good things to say about ourtrip."
