About this place
Large room (38 m2) with private balcony on the second floor, in front of the bathroom and kitchen in my duplex apartment, with A/C and fan. Large dining table/work desk. The reception is shared, and if the second room is occupied, you share the kitchen and bathroom (private use for extra fee optical). The villa is 150 mtr from the beaches, and a modern supermarkt you find at 100 mtr distance. You can use also the top terrace at the third floor, and the TV lounge.
The space
My house has two floors, and is in the quiet area of El Helal. The house has a living room, a TV lounge, a kitchen, bar (second kitchen), bathroom on each floor, 3 balconies, 3 guestrooms. Large top terrace with dining table and relax corner in Nubian style. Enjoy it for socializing, or evening drinks and shisha.

During your stay
I am happy to show you around in Hurghada. I do arrange trips, kite surfing, diving, boat and desert trips. I hope you feel totally at ease in my house. If you need your privacy, your room is well equipped, with kettle, water, coffee, tea, and a large balcony at the West side to sleep as long as you like, or do some work. We will not disturb. Hope to see you soon!
Other things to note
I use the living room sometimes for consulting meetings. You will get informed 5 days in front about this. We have cats, who love to cuddle.
