"The hotel is new and very good. Staff are hospitable and trying so hard. It was super crowded all the time which made breakfast a very difficult experience at 6:30, 7:30 and 8:30 It seemed like it’s always busy, the lobby was always busy as well and very noisy. The place around the hotel is full of construction sites and high makes the walkability almost impossible. It the weekend thing got a lot more quieter and the staff were like completely different people with less people to handle. "

"Thank you to all the Radisson team who has been looking after us during our business stay. The hotel is nice including a nice in-door pool with steaming and sauna. Breakfast is also very nice with many different food types to start the day. A great thank you to the cleaning team and to Jony who always took great pride in cleaning the bedroom and left something special for when you come back. He put a smile on my face every evening after a long day at work. Thank you Jony, you made such a difference to my day.The slippers are also ogf great quality, the best ones I had for a long time. All these little touches make a difference to your stay. There is also a wonderful japanese restaurant next door, Wakame, well worth a visit "

"I am not too sure this is a 4 star hotel. Maybe I was unlucky but during my stay the hotel was fully booked (they said) and I got a room with no windows. The room is spacious and the bed very comfortable but I was unable to have a window.. which for me is a big red flag. The breakfast is honestly way below standard. The food options is very limited, the orange juice is not freshly squeezed nor there is a chance to get an espresso. It’s either Nescafé or Americano in those big dispensers. "

"Really nice sized rooms, with soft towels. I didn’t always have hot water in my shower which was annoying, but it’s always hot outside, so not a bad thing. Gym was very good for an airport. Breakfast was good with excellent coffee, which is super important for me. Very friendly staff and next time I come back to Riyadh I’ll stay in the Raddison. "
