"Truly a 5 Star experience from beginning until end. Modern cruise terminal, large transport boat and super friendly staff. Our server Alice was amazing throughout our meals. Jerry the manager was top notch and informative. My executive suite with balcony was modern, spacious and clean. Food was extensive with various options to choose from. Overall, I would highly recommend this overnight cruise in Ha Long."

"We were there about four nights after super typhoon Yagi devastated the area. Although very little was up and running around Halong Bay, the hotel was operating and we felt very fortunate to have a safe place with running water and electricity throughout our stay. I have the deepest admiration for all the staffs at the hotel for their resiliency and professionalism in the face of such chaos and destruction. A special thank to Pham Minh for always greeting us with a smile and for the informative conversation about the area. I once heard that you don’t know a person’s character until you see them operate under extreme adversity. From what I observed, they have it in spades!"

"We were here when Typhoon Yagi landed at Halong Bay. Watson premium sustained minimal damage as the building is strong and well constructed. Walk away from restaurants, cafes and amenities. Ideal place to stay. Morning breakfast buffet is excellent with many choices of food. Bed is great, room is clean and staff is very friendly. The hotel through Ms Joyce Dang constant communication with me with regard to Yagi typhoon and have us at the basement parking lot for safety. I recommend this place."

"It’s ok, we stayed for two days one night. Connection is poor as we are expected . Room is clean . Except the shower area if you keep the water on , it will start to flood . Food is ok . However services is impeccable . They are very polite . I did mentioned it’s my hubby bday onboard . And they even have a cake for him . And everyone all cheered . Thank you for the beautiful memories. "

"The Hotel is brand new! Very clean probably because it is still so new August 2024 is when this is written. There are very few guest here at this time as well so the staff definitely outnumbered the guest (at least this is what it felt like). Sauna and pool were excellent. The pool is as the photos depicts it. The rooms are in mint condition, the shower and bathrooms are very clean and very modern. Again everything seems brand new. Check in staff was prompt, spoke well enough english and was very accommodating. Airport shuttle cost money and it was more then just taking a grab to nearest airport so we opted for the grab instead. The condition of the place was great. Breakfast was good. Western options and Vietnamese options. Not the best selection but good enough. Sauna was and jacuzzi was included in the price and in perfect condition. Also gym was good as well at no extra charge. This was the reason we originally booked here, because another reviewer from 2023 made the same comment and I figured it couldn’t have changed much since then. However the only negative is everything else was a charge. And the prices are almost close to western prices. Although they have a good happy hour deal when we were there, buy 1 cocktail get one free from 3pm to 8pm. This is the only negative. "
